I approach therapy with a very real, humanistic, connection-infused perspective. We are here to do real, hands-in-the-dirt work. This human-work we are here to do cannot be done without humility, humus (dirt), or humor.
I have a deep connection to the earth, to paying attention to the things and moments that others have forgotten, refuse, and what is cast-away. I like to approach each client with a great curiosity and work with them side-by-side to excavate their lives.
I am trained in classical psychoanalysis, and have a deep bend towards walking/hiking nature therapy and art. Dreamwork and Artwork is often visited in my office.
